Shipping and Payment: delivery times and costs

We are constantly working to automate and speed up our processes. Therefore, all orders placed from Monday to Friday that are fully received and paid for by 11.15 am (German time) and whose delivery address complies with DHL & DPD’s requirements will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day.

Please note that we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address after 11.15 am. Withdrawals or cancellations are also generally no longer possible after this time.

If you notice an error in the delivery address, please contact our support team by email as soon as possible. In many cases, we can still help. In addition, with DPD it is often possible to amend an incorrect address retrospectively.

Delivery times (parcel delivery):

Germany: 1–3 working days
Austria, Netherlands: 3–5 working days
France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Czech Republic: 4–7 working days
Other EU countries (including Spain): 5–14 working days
Canada: approx. 7–14 working days

For deliveries to Canada (outside the EU), import charges such as customs duties and taxes may apply. These are levied by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.

At meinVitalium, you can pay using these payment methods: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, SEPA bank transfer and Revolut. Depending on your country, iDEAL (Netherlands) and Bancontact (Belgium) are also available.

You can see which payment methods are available for your country and your order at checkout. Payments are processed in encrypted form via the relevant payment provider.
