Questions about quality

Yes, all of them. Our entire range is vegan, without exception. All our capsules have a plant-based shell made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) instead of gelatine. Our vitamin D3 does not come from sheep’s wool (lanolin), and our omega-3 comes from algal oil rather than fish.

GMP stands for ‘Good Manufacturing Practice’, i.e. recognised rules for clean and traceable production. HACCP is a food safety concept in which potential hazards are analysed and controlled at defined points. We only show these seals for products where they also appear on the label.

We take quantities, ingredients and recommended daily intake straight from the label of the respective pack. We back up general information on nutrients with sources such as the German Nutrition Society (DGE) or the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR).

Because not every product needs the same thing. Powders usually come in kraft paper pouches with a zip, capsules in jars or pouches, drops in light-protecting amber glass bottles.
